Debjyoti Das

He is a Graduate of HNLU Raipur and attained rank 20 in NLSIU's entrance exam of 2006. He is recipient of prestigious Microsoft Intellectual Property Scholarship, 2009 and had won various National and International Moot Court Competitions visiting Sydney, Hong Kong, Etc. After law school he specialized in capital markets at Amarchand Mangaldas, afterwards in 2019 he went to work at training law students by setting up his own venture, " Legal Sapiens" with NLU Alumnus, Nilabh Krishna. He also runs his corporate legal consultancy services firm, "Yellow Kagaz". He has also been involved in teaching at Unacademy loves to talk about his fide chess rating and his consistent 'Ace Tier' Ranking in PUBG.

After completing his graduation (B.Sc.) from Graphic Era University, Dehradun, He chose a career in the field of law. Having completed his masters degree in law and presently undergoing his doctorate, Vaibhav Uniyal is an Enthusiastic Researcher in the field of law.

Arvind Jasrotia

Mr. Jasrotia is a professor of Law at the University of Jammu which is NAAC A+ University. His administrative experience in the University of Jammu includes Inter Alia Director, College Development Council, Head and Dean, Faculty of Law, Nodal Director, ChildLine Project, Director, The Law School. Chairman, Campus Cultural Committee, to name a few, He remained a member of a number of Key Statutory Committees of the university. His area of specialization is constitutional law, environmental law, and human rights law. He has guided ten Ph.D. and a number of LL.M scholars. He has traveled extensively in India and abroad and has published research papers in peer-reviewed journals. He has also attended a study session on Human Rights organized by the International Institute of human rights at Strasbourg (France) from June 30 to July 25, 2003, & got a scholarship to attend International University of Human Rights Teaching and Research Program (CIEDHU) organized by IIHR at Strasbourg (France).


Amit Singh

Mr. Singh is a senior faculty at School of Law, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun. He holds B.Sc. (AU), LLB (RMLAU), LLM. (LU), PGDLPM (LU) and M.P.hil. (JNU) and UGC NET in Law. He spearheaded the department of banking and international law at school of law, UPES. A highly qualified, skilled and dedicated legal academician, Mr. Amit has around twelve years of professional experience at widely acclaimed academic/ research institution and think-tanks in India. He has worked as associate professor of law-faculty of law, SGT University, and Gurgaon and at seedling school of law and governance, Jaipur National University. He has served as assistant professor or Law (Sr. Scale) at NLU, Jodhpur. His full-time academic career began as a Senior Lecturer-in-law at Law College Dehradun, where he stayed for  a brief stint, Before joining NLU Jodhpur, Professor Singh has worked at some of the highly acclaimed Institutions in India viz. 


Aishwarye Dubey

Strongly believing in this adage, Mr. Dubey has molded his professional career in a manner where his love for defense and maritime sectors has placed him in a unique position. He is specialist in maritime (commercial) law & alternative dispute resolution mechanism (Arbitration Negotiation and mediation), Mr. Aishwarye completed his masters (LLM) in maritime law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, & his law from national Law University, Odishaa. He is also engaged as an active volunteer for the United Nations. In the domain of conflict prevention and resolution, both in India as well as abroad.

Amit George

Dr. Amit George practices as an advocate before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, and various statutory tribunals, along with having acted as an arbitrator in many matters. He is also an academician at heart and is the author of the book titled “Minority Rights in a Cosmopolitan World.” Dr. George is a law graduate from NALSAR, LLM (merit) degree holder from the University of London, and has been conferred Ph.D. in law by NLUD in 2015. A lawyer with a high degree of societal sensitivity, he has always supported causes to promote public accountability and transparency for achieving democratic governance in the country.


Justice M.M. Kumar

Mr. Justice M.M. Kumar is former Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir High Court and dealt with many Public Interest Litigation related to public interest. Justice Kumar completed his L.LB from the Punjabi University, Patiala in the year 1977, in the same year he started his law practice and got enrolled with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana. He is a law graduate from the University of Birmingham, LL.M from England in 1982. He conducted the Court proceedings during floods in September 2014, also served as the Chairman of the Company Law Board as the founder President of the National Company Law Tribunal. He has joined as a member of the National Human Rights Commission, (NHRC)


Shreya Bansal

Ms. Bansal is an advocate based in Delhi. she has dedicated her time working in the public sector with a solution-oriented approach. Shreya has also previously worked for Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, hon'ble minister of state agriculture and farmers welfare (as he then was) in the capacity of research officer, she has been a part of multiple initiatives piloted by the office in the area of education. policymaking, agriculture, etc. She is presently the Chief Strategy Officer for GGI and is working on a social sensitization project through which she hopes to drive positive change in the society.
